What is VV’s return policy?
Items once purchased are not eligible for exchanges and/or return. Therefore, please take careful precautions when placing an order to purchase these items.
Returns can only be applicable for ordered/purchased items with manufacturing defects or for wrongly sent items. Also, all returns must be made within 7 days upon receiving said item. Any application for return that is made after the stated duration will not be accepted.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
How do I make a return?
- Contact VV eHouse’s customer service through our website Whatapps button or email to email@example.com
- Provide the order ID, item name you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and attach some proof photos.
- Once the reason has been approved, you will receive the ‘Return Label’ through email.
- After receiving the Return Label, provide us your bank account number and the suitable date and time for our courier to pick up the parcel within three (3) business days from the return party.
- Please pack the return item carefully. Print the Return Label by yourself and attach it on the return parcel. Then wait for the delivery courier to pick up the parcel on the date and time you have set.
How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within seven (7) business days after we receive your return items and do a final check on them. The refund will be issued to your bank account number as per your request.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-VV products.
- The refund will only cover the item’s price that you pay. However, your shipping fees will also be refunded if all of the items need to be returned.
