Yes. Creating an account with your email is to ease your shopping experience, get regular newsletters and special discounts alerts.
2) Password Problems?
Click “Forgot Password” from the login page. Then, fill in your email address and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. You can contact our Customer Service if you are still having trouble retrieving your account.
3) How do I buy online?
If you wish to buy a specific product, just type in the keywords in the search bar at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can browse the products available through the displayed categories. You can use the “Sort by” feature to filter the product list and add the product you wish to buy to the shopping cart.
4) How do I use a promotional or discount code?
If you have a discount or promotional code, fill it in the box stating “Promo code”. (Note: ALL payment vouchers or discount codes do not include shipping fees).
6) Are the products from VV EHOUSE available to purchase in-store?
Our physical display store is opening up soon. As for right now, our products are wired online and delivered straight from the merchants.

1) Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been made and the payment is successful, we cannot make any order cancellations or exchanges. Kindly take extra precautions when placing an order and when making payment at checkout.
2) Can I change the delivery address?
Once your order has been completed, we are unable to change your delivery address. However, if you wish to change, please direct a call to our Customer Service Team right after you have placed the order.
3) What payment methods can I use?
You can use Online Banking, E-Wallet, QR payment, and Credit Card. All of your payment details are private as we take the security of your payment very seriously.

1) How much does the delivery cost?
The shipping cost for each item varies since it is set by the merchants themselves. The delivery cost depends on the product weight and size.
2) What is the range for your delivery area?
At the moment, we ship our products throughout Malaysia and Singapore.
3) When will my order be shipped out?
When the customer has made the payment, the merchants have to ship the order within two (2) days after the order is placed. When the item is submitted to the courier service, the delivery time depends on the courier’s delivery schedule.
4) How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order through our website. If you are not able to find the tracking number of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service Team to check the status for you or provide you with the tracking number.
5) What happens if I am not available during my item delivery?
The customer has to get the order tracking number and contact the courier service by themselves to rearrange the time that they can receive the parcel.
6) What should I do if I haven't received my order?
If that happens, please contact us right away. The quickest way to reach us is via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact us at +603-3101 4800 (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM). However, this situation is highly unlikely to happen.
